St. Louis County-Steve Stenger Bad Behavior
The paper was filed over the weekend with more documentation of how County Executive Stenger runs St. Louis County on a pay to play basis. Contractors who make huge donations to his campaign are awarded huge contracts, often for things that don’t make sense financially.
