Housing booming
My neighbor David Nicklaus wrote a good article in the Post Dispatch today which noted the strength of the housing industry during the pandemic. I have observed strong sale prices in my neighborhood partly because of a lack of supply. I don’t know how much longer this trend can continue but for now it is a good thing. Written by Paul Dribin
