Pay Them and They will Come
St. Louis despite criticisms has a lot going for it and can provide an urban setting, affordable housing, and great culture. Young people around the country are getting dissatisfied with living in high status high cost cities and are looking to move out. The Coronavirus working at home syndrome has shown people that they don.t have to be tied to a particular location. St. Louis should actively market in these locations and perhaps even offer financial incentives in the form of grants to people who move here and live in the city. Written by Paul Dribin
